Privacy Notice

This is the privacy statement of Elysée Expertise, located in 75009 Paris at Rue de la Fayette 56, www.elysee-expertise.fr.

Applicability

This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example through a registration form, contact form or orders that you place. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Elysee Expertise is the controller within the meaning of the AVG regarding the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in a proper and careful manner in accordance with the AVG. In this privacy statement, we explain which data we process and for what purposes they are used.

If you have not given us explicit permission to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn this permission, the processing of your personal data may be subject to the provisions of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the AVG. Processing of your personal data may then take place without your consent, provided that this is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which you are a party, or necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of Elysee Expertise. In addition, we may be subject to a legal obligation to process your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Processing your payment

Sending our newsletter and/or advertising folder
To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for the provision of our services
To inform you about changes to our services and products
To offer you the possibility to create an account
To deliver goods and services to you
We will not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected.

Provision to third parties

We may share your personal data with third parties if this is compatible with the above purposes. Sharing with third parties may be necessary for the execution of the agreement we have with you, necessary to protect our legitimate interests, or necessary to comply with any legal obligation we may have. We have concluded a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing. Apart from the above situations, we will only provide your personal data to other third parties with your express permission.

Commercial purposes

We may use your personal data for commercial purposes, for example to inform you about our services or relevant products or services of carefully selected organisations. In that case, you will only be informed at the e-mail address you have registered. If you do not wish to receive information about relevant products or services, you can simply indicate this by clicking on “unsubscribe” in the email received.

We also use your personal data for market research and for optimising our services. In this context, your personal data is anonymised and cannot be traced back to you.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, unless you give your explicit consent.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit this website for the first time. You can unsubscribe from these cookies by configuring your internet browser in such a way that it does not store any more cookies. In addition, you can delete all information previously stored using your browser settings.

Functional cookies: these are cookies that are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. They also enable us to optimise our website. These are analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy and for which we do not require your prior consent.

Tracking cookies: we place cookies that track your surfing behaviour so that we can offer you tailor-made content and advertisements. When you first visited our website, we already informed you about these cookies and asked your permission to place them. You can unsubscribe from cookies by configuring your internet browser in such a way that it does not store any more cookies. In addition, you can delete all information previously stored using your browser settings.

Google Analytics: on this website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. Elysee Expertise uses this service to receive reports on how the website is used and to measure the quality and effectiveness. We use Google Analytics in the manner prescribed by the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data to fall under the exception in the Cookie Act, so we do not require your prior consent for the use of Google Analytics.

Viewing, correcting or deleting

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability if we have digital personal data that we either process with your permission or process in order to execute an agreement we have concluded with you.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data that we have of you in a readable computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@elysee-expertise.fr.

To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with the request. In this copy, please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blacked out. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

We would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
